AICPA & CIMA are announcing Mark Koziel, CPA, CGMA, as the incoming leader of their global organization. Mark will succeed Barry Melancon in January.
Mark’s name may be familiar. He worked in various roles at AICPA & CIMA over 14 years, most recently as vice president, Firm Services. Mark is very aware of the integral role state societies play as partners in driving the accounting profession forward and will be an advocate in advancing our partnership.
Mark is a passionate advocate for the profession. He started his career in an accounting firm in Buffalo, N.Y. He is currently president and CEO of Allinial Global, which has 268 member firms around the world generating over $6 billion in collective revenues.
