Call to Action on BOI delay
Dec 19, 2024 —The resolution in Congress, which included the BOI delay, will not advance in its current form through the Senate. There is significant momentum to strip all non-funding measures from the government funding resolution--this includes the BOI delay.
Now is the time to act! You can contact our Congresspeople and advocate for the following: "Preserve the one year delay of FinCEN BOI reporting in the continuing resolution. This delay is critical to give CPAs and other professionals the time needed to understand and effectively serve their small business clients."
